10 years ago, two people’s dream began. They had the same goal: to revolutionize the insurance market through technology. And they came together with the intention of transforming this industry. Thus, they created Claims Services Fast Track: a disruptive platform capable of connecting insurers with providers and policyholders, which results in shorter resolution times, optimized costs and a significant improvement in policyholders’ experience.
Today, Claims Services continues to work with the purpose of generating connections that revolutionize the insurance market. It is an ecosystem with 8 platforms that process more than 1 million cases per year for more than 40 insurers, banks and large brokers. And it is no longer just two dreamers who work with a common goal, but a team of more than 50 people brought together by the same values and aspirations.
